Jayden Jesson

I specialise in recruiting for construction and engineering roles within the data centre and mission-critical infrastructure sector.

I connect highly skilled professionals with leading organisations delivering complex and critical projects across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

I have a strong understanding of data centre operations, lifecycles and technical requirements. Whether it’s engineering, construction management, facilities, or mission-critical systems, my focus is on connecting the right people with the right opportunities.
