My career began in Human Resources, where I quickly realised that the part of the job I enjoyed most was the people, understanding their goals, supporting their development and helping create opportunities for them to succeed. That passion naturally led me into Talent Acquisition and, eventually, to where I am today at Darwin Recruitment.

I now specialise in recruiting engineering talent across Europe’s NewSpace and aerospace industry, connecting highly skilled professionals with companies doing exciting work and helping shape the future of space.

What I enjoy most about recruitment is that no two people, careers or opportunities are the same. I take the time to understand what my clients really need and, just as importantly, what candidates are looking for in their next move.

I’m a people-first recruiter who believes in being approachable, honest and genuinely invested in the relationships I build. Ultimately, I want every person I work with to feel heard, supported and confident in their next step.
