I am an ACA-qualified Chartered Accountant with a wealth of senior leadership, change, and project experience in the recruitment and telecommunication sectors.

My key skill sets include strong M&A, refinancing, technical finance (UK GAAP & US GAAP), business partnering, process improvement, communication & negotiation experience in listed, private equity-owned, and privately owned businesses.

I joined Darwin in 2018, and I’m now responsible for driving business performance and cash flow, overseeing budgets, and ensuring operational compliance and efficiency across all regions.

Outside of work, I am an enthusiastic Leicester City and Tigers fan and enjoy running and cycling when not entertaining my two children.
