Our client is delivering the next phase of a Dynamics 365 implementation covering the Sales and Service Hubs, replacing a legacy on-premise CRM system. The first phase, covering the underlying data model and customer data platform integration, is already complete, but no technical or functional design documentation exists yet for this next phase. The client previously delivered this programme through an external partner on a fixed-price basis and, after a disappointing experience, is now moving to a direct-hire freelance delivery model to improve cost control and quality. They need an experienced Technical Architect to own the technical design and architecture for this next phase from the ground up and support the interviewing of the wider delivery team.

Key skills and Experience required

• Proven track record architecting Dynamics 365 implementation projects from a technical, not functional, perspective
• Hands-on architecture experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Service Hubs
• Comfortable owning technical and functional design documentation (FDD/TDD) from scratch
• Experience architecting migrations or replacements of legacy CRM systems with Dynamics 365
• Able to support technical interviewing/vetting of freelance delivery team members
• Fluent English required
• Must be commutable to Luxembourg and available to work on-site 5 days a week
