Regional Revenue Leader – DACH
We are seeking a senior commercial leader to drive revenue growth across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) for a fast-growing digital learning business.
This is a high-impact, quota-carrying leadership role responsible for scaling regional revenue across new business, retention, and expansion. You will lead and develop multi-country commercial teams across Sales, SDR, and Customer Success, while shaping and executing go-to-market strategies tailored to local market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver regional revenue targets (New ARR, retention, expansion) across DACH
- Lead, coach, and scale country-level commercial teams, fostering cross-market collaboration
- Drive pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy, and sales performance
- Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies and sales playbooks tailored to DACH market nuances
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and RevOps to maximize revenue impact
- Build a high-performance, data-driven, and accountable sales culture
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of B2B commercial leadership experience, ideally within SaaS or subscription-based businesses
- Proven success leading multi-country revenue teams and exceeding quota
- Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Experience selling into HR / L&D audiences is advantageous
- Fluent in English plus German
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on commercial execution skills
