SAP HCM Consultant – Munich
We are currently supporting al client in their search for SAP HCM Consultants in Munich. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking consultancy during a critical period of transformation, as they support clients through SAP S/4HANA migrations and SuccessFactors integrations.
Location: Munich, Germany
Position Type: Full-time or Part-time, Permanent
Travel Requirement: Up to 75% (Desirable)
Languages: Fluent German and English required
Key Responsibilities:

Support SAP HCM projects in various technical and strategic roles
-
Develop migration paths from existing SAP ERP HCM systems to future-proof architectures
-
Design integration scenarios for systems and HR processes
-
Create concepts for the digitalisation and automation of HR processes
-
Conduct assessments of ongoing projects and take ownership of key deliverables
Candidate Profile:
-
Relevant experience in HR/IT projects
-
Strong SAP HCM knowledge, ideally in the areas of personnel administration, organisational management, and/or Employee Central
-
In-depth understanding of HR processes, data flows, and technical interfaces
-
Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to innovation
-
Strong communication and presentation skills
