A well-established air compressor distribution company is seeking an outside sales representative to support and grow a proven sales territory based in the East Dallas region, extending south through Waxahachie and surrounding areas. This position focuses on selling industrial air compressors, compressed air systems, and related equipment to commercial and industrial customers.

The role includes structured on-the-job training provided by the company, along with additional product and application training from equipment manufacturers. The territory is established and active, offering immediate sales opportunities and long-term growth potential. Compensation may be structured as a base salary plus commission or as straight commission, depending on experience and preference.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• College degree preferred, or a minimum of two or more years of experience selling machinery, industrial equipment, or related technical products

• Strong computer skills

• Ability to review customer requirements, understand technical specifications, and prepare accurate bids and quotations

• Self-directed and capable of working independently while managing time and territory effectively

• Valid driver’s license required, with the ability to travel throughout the Dallas to Waxahachie territory
