Our client is looking for an Application Support and Incident Management specialist to join a hybrid team in Barcelona, handling application incidents and service requests and keeping systems running smoothly for end users.

Key skills and Experience required

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in Application Support and Incident Management
• Experience managing, troubleshooting and resolving application incidents and service requests
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
• Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills
