The Role

We are seeking an experienced Managed Services Payroll Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Paylocity or UKG Pro. This is a highly operational, client-facing role where you will act as a payroll subject matter expert, supporting multiple clients, analyzing payroll data, and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.

This position will start on a temp-to-perm basis, offering an excellent pathway to long-term growth within a respected consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end payroll support within a managed services model using Paylocity or UKG Pro
  • Act as a trusted payroll advisor for clients, providing clear guidance and solutions
  • Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for optimization
  • Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across client accounts
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Support ongoing process improvements and best practices within managed services

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist within Paylocity or UKG Pro
  • Strong operational payroll expertise with a detail-oriented, data-driven mindset
  • Ability to analyze complex payroll data and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence in a client-facing environment
  • Experience working within a managed services or consultancy model strongly preferred
  • US National (required)
