About the Role
You’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of diverse civil engineering projects, guiding them from initial planning through to completion. Your role will involve coordinating project teams, managing processes, and ensuring that quality, budget, and deadlines are consistently met.

In addition to leading urban infrastructure projects, this position offers the opportunity to develop your career further in client support and senior site management roles.

Your Profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering

• Several years of proven experience managing urban civil engineering projects in Switzerland

• Strong command of German (written and spoken)

• Independent, structured, and solution-driven working style

• Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for leading multidisciplinary teams
