What We Offer

• Pay: Competitive pay based on experience (DOE)
• Commission: Performance-based commission structure ranging from 3% to 20%

  • 10-hour shifts
  • Guaranteed 3-day weekend every week
  • Weekly day off is always Monday or Friday
• On-Call Rotation: Only 1 weekend every 6 weeks

Position Overview

As a Residential HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and installing residential heating and cooling systems. You’ll work directly with homeowners, delivering high-quality service and solutions while representing the company with professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

• Residential HVAC service experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily jobs efficiently
• Excellent customer communication and professionalism
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
