A fast-growing energy transition developer is hiring a Senior Technical Lead to drive technical excellence across utility-scale renewable projects from early development through delivery. You will support project managers on technical design, yield & performance, grid integration, and contractor coordination, while shaping technical strategy and working closely with teams in Germany and the Netherlands.
Requirements:

Degree in electrical/energy engineering or similar
-
Several years’ experience in energy project tech roles
-
Strong German & English communication skills
-
CAD required (GIS a plus)
-
Structured, analytical and hands-on mindset
Location: Munich / Hybrid | Type: Permanent
