Role: AI Product Manager

Location: Barcelona/remote

Length: 6 months, extension up to 2+ years

THE PROJECT

A leading digital business is kicking off a centralized project team focused specifically on experimental Generative AI. These solutions will explore driving efficiency in an Agentic manner across the business. Once built, solutions will be assessed and shipped to individual departments if clear value and ROI are demonstrated.

THE ROLE

Strategic Dimension

• Shape the new AI initiative/proposition end-to-end – from initial framing through measuring impact, validating MVP, and running live experiments
• Define value propositions, roadmaps, OKRs, and north-star metrics

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• 8+ Years as a Product Manager with strong focus on revenue & profitability of new products
• Proven track record shaping and launching new propositions from scratch – including MVP validation and experiment design
• Product discovery expertise – strong comfort with ambiguity, hypothesis testing, and iterative learning
• Strong delivery acumen + commercial/business sense – understanding unit economics, thinking about profitability, prioritizing ruthlessly
• AI product development lifecycle experience – building agents (not just prompting) to solve real business problems; dealing with real AI challenges (data quality, model performance, hallucination, user trust)
• Consumer-facing scale experience – shipped products for millions of users; comfortable thinking about B2C or C2C applications at high volume
• Cross-functional coordination – comfortable owning delivery across technology, finance, vendors, and business stakeholders; getting stakeholder alignment
• Comfort working in evolving environments – the team and scope are new; some training/change involvement is expected; comfort with learning alongside doing
