HR Analytics Consultant
Location: Munich or Remote (with travel as needed)

Overview:
A well-established consultancy is seeking HR Analytics Consultants to support clients in transforming HR data into strategic insights. This role is ideal for experienced professionals as well as those looking to grow in the HR analytics field, working on impactful projects related to workforce planning, data modeling, and dashboard development.
Key Responsibilities:

Define HR metrics and KPIs aligned with business strategy

Design and develop HR data models and reporting structures

Build innovative dashboards and standard reports (e.g. SAC, PowerBI, Cognos)

Optimize SAP BW-based HR data models
-
Deliver user training and support for analytics tools

Conduct assessments and provide expert input on ongoing HR analytics projects
Candidate Profile:

Experience in HR/IT analytics projects
-
Strong knowledge of HR processes, data flows, and SAP BW integration

Expertise in KPIs, data modeling, and dashboard/report development

Familiarity with tools like SAC, Query Designer, PowerBI, or Cognos Analytics

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Fluent in German; English proficiency desirable

Willingness to travel (approx. 75% desirable)
