Structure Technical Lead
We are looking for a dynamic leader with the desire to lead challenging structural work and mentor our structures staff
Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor junior engineers furthering our culture of growth company wide
- Serve as a structural design advisor to structural staff on projects of all types, sizes, and complexities
- Planning approach to “complex” structures
- Continually assess and develop design procedures for adequacy with codes, standards and quality assurance procedures
- Participate in company growth and business development by attending association meetings and other function
