Senior Consultant (m/f/d) SAP SuccessFactors – Switzerland
You will work on exciting HR transformation projects for clients across Switzerland and internationally within a well-established consulting environment. The role offers a high degree of autonomy, direct impact on project outcomes, and a collaborative, low-hierarchy culture. Your Responsibilities
- Play a central role in SAP SuccessFactors transformation projects, from solution design through to successful implementation
- Advise clients on HR IT target architectures and end-to-end transformation initiatives
- Lead solution design in SAP SuccessFactors (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Talent Management) and ensure integration into broader system landscapes
- Lead sub-projects or workstreams, taking responsibility for quality, delivery, and client satisfaction
- Facilitate workshops with HR and IT stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to decision-makers
- Contribute actively to the development of methodologies, offerings, and best practices within the organization
- Support and mentor junior consultants and contribute to team capability development
Your Profile
- Completed university degree, preferably in industrial engineering, business informatics, computer science, or business administration
- Several years of hands-on experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Experience leading projects, sub-projects, or workstreams
- Strong understanding of HR processes and their mapping within IT systems
- Ability to structure and simplify complex topics and communicate them clearly
- Confident in client-facing environments and comfortable working collaboratively with stakeholders
- Independent, reliable working style with a strong focus on quality
- Willingness to travel for national and international project assignments
- Fluent in German and English; French is an advantage
