About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to drive external revenue growth in Battery Energy Storage (BESS) and EPC projects. This is a hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to build and scale a growing sales team. The role reports directly to the General Managers in Germany and Poland.
Responsibilities:
- Own and grow external sales pipeline for BESS & EPC projects
- Manage and develop a team (currently 2 direct reports, team expected to grow to 20 by year-end)
- Be the primary point of contact for key clients
- Collaborate closely with the General Managers on strategic decisions
- Deliver against KPIs and revenue targets
- Wear multiple hats, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution
- Represent the company externally at customer and industry meetings
Requirements:
- Native-level German, fluent English
- Significant experience in sales within renewable energy, ideally BESS and EPC
- Proven track record of managing and scaling teams
- Comfortable leading client relationships at a senior level
- Ability to travel regularly to customer sites in southern Germany and attend occasional office days
- Strategic mindset with strong operational execution
