Project focus

The client is reshaping how governance, risk and compliance work gets done internally, moving a team member out of a pure security role and into a broader corporate GRC function covering privacy, security governance, and IT controls, including financial reporting controls (ITGCs). As part of this shift, the GRC tooling used for controls is moving from the security team into a more corporate-owned area, and they need someone technical to own system configuration and administration for that platform, while also acting as a light business partner as work moves through the system.

Key skills and Experience required

• 5+ years as a Systems Manager within a SaaS environment, with a solid grasp of system administration and configuration (this is an admin/config role, not development)
• Hands-on experience with a GRC platform – AuditBoard experience is ideal for immediate productivity; experience with a comparable tool (e.g. Archer, ServiceNow GRC, MetricStream, LogicGate) also considered
• Comfortable working in a still-evolving environment, with a platform rollout for control testing going live end of September and associated training/change involvement likely
• Confidence managing change requests, access control, and general system administration
• Enough grounding in GRC processes to partner with stakeholders as projects move through the system
