Our client, a global leader in semiconductor manufacturing technology, is looking for an experienced AI Manager to lead the responsible adoption of AI across selected technology and security domains. The role bridges business, security, and engineering teams to deliver measurable AI outcomes while maintaining strict governance and compliance in a highly regulated, security-conscious environment.

Key skills and Experience required

• 8+ years in technology roles, including 3+ years leading AI/ML initiatives at scale
• Proven track record delivering AI programmes in highly regulated or security-sensitive environments
• Strong understanding of LLMs, generative AI, MLOps, data governance, and model risk management
• Experience establishing AI governance frameworks – risk assessment, model oversight, data protection, and change control
• Experience leading cross-functional teams (data scientists, ML engineers, security, platform, business stakeholders) and managing external vendors/partners
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at senior level
• Experience selecting and integrating AI/MLOps tooling (LLM platforms, monitoring, access control) with existing platforms
• Background in semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or critical infrastructure is an advantage
• Familiarity with security operations/SOC workflows or cybersecurity tooling is a plus
