Site Manager – Civil (HVDC Project)
Contract / Freelance
Scope
Responsible for all civil works on site (foundations, buildings, drainage, roads) within an HVDC project environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily civil construction activities and subcontractors
- Ensure delivery against schedule, quality, and cost targets
- Coordinate interfaces with E&I, installation, and commissioning teams
- Oversee site logistics, permits, and work sequences
- Enforce HSE and quality standards across all civil scope
- Report progress, risks, and deviations to project leadership
Requirements
- Proven Site Manager experience on large-scale infrastructure or energy projects
- Strong background in heavy civil works (concrete, earthworks, structural)
- Experience working in complex, multi-disciplinary sites
- Solid knowledge of HSE and site compliance requirements
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and tight timelines
