The Opportunity

• Drive sales growth and develop new business across the DACH region.

• Build relationships with distributors, EPCs, installers and strategic partners.

• Promote innovative pitched-roof and flat-roof PV mounting systems.

• Manage key accounts, negotiate commercial agreements and expand market share.

• Work closely with technical and marketing teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ sales experience within the solar PV industry, ideally in mounting systems.

• Strong knowledge of the DACH solar market and distribution channels.

• Existing relationships with installers, distributors or EPCs.

• Fluent German and good English.

• Willingness to travel regularly across the DACH region.
