Project Focus:

We are looking for an Electrical Commissioning Engineer / Consultant to support commissioning projects across mission-critical facilities and data centers. The role will involve electrical design reviews, commissioning procedures, equipment testing and verification of electrical systems across complex building projects.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

• Experience in electrical commissioning or consulting engineering.
• Data center or mission-critical experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of UPS systems, generators, switchgear, transformers and power distribution units.
• Experience with commissioning procedures, functional testing and load-bank testing.
• Ability to review electrical drawings, specifications and equipment documentation.
• Experience preparing commissioning reports, test scripts and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of MEP systems, electrical installation and system operation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and AutoCAD.
• PE or EIT electrical registration is advantageous.
• LEED AP and CxA, AABC or ACG certifications are desirable.
• Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel domestically 75% or more.

Salary: The advertised US salary ranges vary by location. The applicable Virginia salary range needs to be confirmed with the client.
