Staffing Coordinator (Freelance) – Lisbon – Contract

Role Overview
Our client is seeking a Freelance Staffing Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of their staffing function. This role is ideal for a highly organised professional who enjoys coordinating resources, managing administrative processes, and working with multiple internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily staffing activities and respond to resource requests.
- Keep staffing trackers and resource records accurate and up to date.
- Track resource availability and maintain staffing reports and planning tools.
- Work closely with Finance to support resource allocation and billing reconciliation.
- Partner with HR and other internal teams on staffing-related administration.
- Provide ongoing administrative and operational support to the staffing function.
Skills & Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in administration, staffing coordination, HR operations, or a similar support role.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
- Fluent in English.
