Project Manager – Digital HR Transformation (Eindhoven)
We are seeking an experienced Digital HR Transformation Project Manager to lead an international HR transformation program for a multinational organization. The role focuses on implementing a standardized digital HR platform and harmonizing HR processes across multiple European countries.
This is a hybrid role and will be a contract position for a period of 9 months.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end Digital HR transformation projects.
· Manage the implementation of global HR platforms such as:
· Workday
· SAP SuccessFactors
· SAP HCM
· Oracle HCM Cloud
· Drive HR process harmonization and organizational change.
· Manage project plans, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
· Coordinate internal teams and external implementation partners.
Ideal Candidate
· Proven experience as a Project Manager or Transformation Lead.
· Strong track record delivering international HR transformation and HRIS implementation programs.
· Experienced in change management and stakeholder engagement.
· Comfortable operating in complex, multinational environments.
· Lead a strategic, high-impact international transformation program.
· Work with teams across multiple European countries.
· Play a key role in shaping the future HR processes and digital landscape of the organization.
· Fluent in Dutch and English
· German speaking skills is a strong advantage.
