Linux Engineer (DevOps) – Den Haag

We are seeking a Linux/ DevOps Engineer with experience in infrastructure automation, CI/CD, linux administration, and cloud technologies. The role focuses on automating deployments, managing cloud and on-premises infrastructure, and improving platform reliability through Infrastructure as a Service and modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Automate infrastructure and operational processes using Ansible and Python.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub.
• Manage and troubleshoot Kubernetes environments and Linux servers.
• Support Azure cloud infrastructure and identity management.
• Monitor system performance, security, and availability using required tools.
• Manage databases, networking, security, and access management solutions.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Puppet, Ansible, Bash, Python, Jenkins, Kubernetes, GitFlow, Docker Swarm, Linux (Red Hat, Debian, Ubuntu).
• Azure cloud services and IaaS experience.
• CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with Database technologies (MySQL, MariaDB).
• Familiar with LDAP, Keycloak, networking, and firewall management.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Bachelor’s degree, or relevant qualification.
• RHCSA, CCNA and RedHat OpenShift will be an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, leadership potential, and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language.
