Job Title: CMDB/CSDM Analyst (ServiceNow)
Project Scope:
A freelance role focused on the implementation, optimisation, and governance of the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) within a large-scale enterprise IT environment. The consultant will support the delivery team by improving CMDB data quality, implementing CSDM best practices, and enhancing service visibility through Discovery and Service Mapping. Working closely with technical teams and key business stakeholders, the role will help deliver a scalable, well-governed ServiceNow platform aligned with ITIL standards and organisational objectives.
Must Have Experience:
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow CMDB and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
  • Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and MID Server configuration
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow ITOM capabilities
  • Experience with data governance, CMDB health, and configuration management best practices
  • Knowledge of cloud environments, including AWS and/or Azure
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
  • English (B2+ or above)
Contract Length: 6 months
Location: Valencia, Spain
On-site Presence: Flexible (Weekly/Monthly)
Rate: €€ Competitive
