I’m looking for someone who:
- Has at least 5 years of hands-on experience in IT operations, ideally within telecom environments.
- Understands OSS/BSS systems, CRM, billing, and cloud-native platforms.
- Is familiar with ITIL frameworks and SRE principles.
- Has a strong technical foundation with 60-70% technical involvement.
- Has experience with AI/ML and generative AI in service contexts.
- Can manage vendors, align stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams.
- Has coaching and mentoring experience, guiding without micromanaging.
- Embodies an SRE mindset: proactive, resilient, and improvement-focused.
- Can collaborate with remote teams and suppliers across geographies.
- Comes from a telecom background (banking or non-telecom sectors are not suitable).

- Leading a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team of 10-15 professionals.
- Overseeing the full lifecycle of IT infrastructure and applications.
