Crewing Manager

Location: Zeeland

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day crewing activities and requirements.
• Ensure vessels are appropriately crewed with qualified and experienced seafarers.
• Coordinate crew changes, planning, rotations, travel, and related logistics.
• Maintain strong relationships with seafarers, vessel teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure crew documentation, certification, and compliance requirements are maintained.
• Support recruitment and selection of maritime personnel where required.
• Develop and maintain a strong local and regional crewing network.
• Act as a key point of contact for crewing matters within the organisation.
• Identify and resolve operational crewing issues efficiently.
• Contribute to improving crewing processes and maintaining high standards of service.

Requirements

• Current or recent experience working as an experienced Crewing Officer or in a similar maritime crewing position.
• Strong practical knowledge and understanding of maritime crewing operations.
• Fluency in Dutch and good professional English.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to solving crewing challenges.
• Good knowledge of seafarer requirements, certification, crew planning, and maritime compliance.
