BAS Engineer – Contract
Location: North Carolina
Contract: [3-12 months]
Rate: Competitive (DOE)
We’re seeking an experienced BAS Engineer for a contract role supporting installation, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Building Automation Systems on commercial projects across North Carolina.
Scope of Work:
- Program and commission BAS/BMS systems
- Troubleshoot HVAC controls and field devices
- Integrate controllers and networks (BACnet/Modbus)
- Support project delivery and handover
Requirements:
- Proven BAS/BMS engineering experience
- Strong HVAC controls knowledge
- Experience with platforms such as Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell, or Niagara
- Valid driver’s license
