We’re growing our established USA teams in Billericay across Engineering & Tech and are looking for experienced 360 recruiters who want to take the next step, earning more, progressing faster and working markets that are already performing.

This isn’t a cold desk.

You’ll step into active markets with live roles, existing client relationships and the backing of a business that understands how to succeed in the US.

• 1-3 years’ experience in a 360 recruitment role (STEM Markets)

• Strong work ethic with clear ambition to progress

• Someone who is coachable, proactive and keen to develop

• Able to commute to Billericay and work US hours
