ServiceNow Business Consultant / Senior Consultant

We are working with a leading organisation in Belgium that is accelerating its digital transformation through the strategic implementation and expansion of the ServiceNow platform. This role is ideal for a seasoned ServiceNow Business / Senior Consultant with deep consulting capabilities and a strong business-process mindset. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding business stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful ServiceNow delivery.

Position: ServiceNow Business Consultant / Senior Consultant (freelance)

Must Have Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Consultant or Senior Consultant working on ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong consulting skills – able to guide clients, challenge assumptions, and propose best-fit solutions.

Location: Belgium – hybrid (will require weekly on-site at beginning, and major phases)
Contract: 12-month contract (with potential for extension)
Start Date: January 2026
Languages: English (mandatory); French (nice-to-have)
Rate: Competitive
