Our client is in the middle of expanding their Global OT organisation, adding a brand-new layer of Business Group OT Engineers. I’m looking for someone who:
- Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Has medium to senior-level knowledge of OT engineering and automation platforms (preferably in a production environment)
- Understands the impact of OT systems on production processes (e.g. EHEDG, ATEX, HACCP, HAZOP)
- Has sound knowledge of OT standards (ITIL, ISA88, ISA95, ISA99, GAMP, ISA62443, NEN3140)
- Brings experience with OT Security (NIS2, NIST2.0, Incident Management) and OT data management
- Has excellent stakeholder management skills across different disciplines and levels
Who is interested in:
- Monitoring, maintaining and improving OT performance across multiple factories
- Protecting and developing site OT architecture in line with global standards
- Supporting OT maintenance, monitoring, and operational solutions
- Leading OT-related cybersecurity initiatives and mitigating obsolescence risks
- Supporting decision-making processes through data analytics and OT-ITIL activities
- Building relationships with local OT teams, IT, digital departments, OEMs, integrators and auditors
- Working on both medium-term (1-3 years) and long-term (+25 years) OT strategies
For a company who:
- Operates a large international production network with more than 50 factories worldwide
- Offers a strong balance between international reach and local impact
- Provides a competitive package including 38-hour workweek, pension, holiday allowance, year-end bonus, flexible working hours, and work-from-home options
- Encourages cross-disciplinary career growth and international opportunities
- Values authenticity, collaboration, and professional development
We know we ask a lot but encourage you to apply even if you fit 80% to the role.
