Project Overview

Our client is delivering a large-scale High Voltage Substation EPC project and is seeking a Junior Engineering Document Controller to support the project team with documentation management, reporting, and information consolidation.

Following lessons learned from previous projects, there is a strong focus on ensuring project information is accurately captured, maintained, and communicated throughout the project lifecycle. This role will play a key part in supporting project controls and maintaining clear project records.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project documentation and records.
• Consolidate information from multiple stakeholders and project disciplines.
• Prepare and support project reporting activities.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and available when required.
• Support project teams with document control and information management processes.
• Maintain data and documentation within project management platforms.
• Assist in tracking project deliverables and reporting requirements.
• Act as a central point of coordination for project information and records.

Required Profile

• Junior professional with an engineering, technical, or similar background.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage large volumes of project information.
• Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary project environment.
• Strong communication skills in coordinating information across teams.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with BIM360, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and/or Forma.
• Experience working with engineering or construction documentation.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is highly desirable.
• Previous experience within infrastructure, energy, utilities, or industrial projects is advantageous.

Working Arrangement

• Based in Winschoten.
• Approximately 80% onsite presence required.
• Limited hybrid flexibility available depending on project needs.
