We’re supporting a global ServiceNow Partner on a live implementation project for a US customer, and they need an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to optimise their CMDB and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) environment. This is a remote, project-based engagement (USA or LATAM-based candidates), working as part of a wider implementation team.

Responsibilities:

• Optimise and configure the CMDB environment as part of an active implementation
• Design/refine CI classes, relationships, and identification/reconciliation rules
• Configure and optimise Hardware Asset Management (HAM) processes
• Support data quality, governance, and CMDB health as part of the implementation
• Work closely with the wider delivery team and the end client

Essential:

• Proven hands-on ServiceNow experience with CMDB and HAM specifically
• Experience with CMDB data modelling, CI classes, and reconciliation
• Experience with Hardware Asset Management configuration and lifecycle
• Comfortable working remotely as part of a distributed delivery team
• Available for calls 09:00-12:30 ET

Desirable:

• ServiceNow certifications (CIS-HAM, CIS-Discovery, CSA)
• Experience with Software Asset Management (SAM) alongside HAM
• Prior partner/consulting delivery experience (not just in-house)
