We’re supporting a global ServiceNow Partner on a live implementation project for a US customer, and they need an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to optimise their CMDB and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) environment. This is a remote, project-based engagement (USA or LATAM-based candidates), working as part of a wider implementation team.
Responsibilities:
- Optimise and configure the CMDB environment as part of an active implementation
- Design/refine CI classes, relationships, and identification/reconciliation rules
- Configure and optimise Hardware Asset Management (HAM) processes
- Support data quality, governance, and CMDB health as part of the implementation
- Work closely with the wider delivery team and the end client
Essential:
- Proven hands-on ServiceNow experience with CMDB and HAM specifically
- Experience with CMDB data modelling, CI classes, and reconciliation
- Experience with Hardware Asset Management configuration and lifecycle
- Comfortable working remotely as part of a distributed delivery team
- Available for calls 09:00-12:30 ET
Desirable:
- ServiceNow certifications (CIS-HAM, CIS-Discovery, CSA)
- Experience with Software Asset Management (SAM) alongside HAM
- Prior partner/consulting delivery experience (not just in-house)
