We are working with a growing international energy company focused on innovative energy solutions and the transition towards a more sustainable energy market.

As the business continues to expand its customer and asset portfolio, they are looking for an Energy Supply Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day electricity and gas supply operations, manage market processes and improve operational efficiency.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end electricity and gas supply processes, including customer onboarding, offboarding and supplier changes.

• Coordinate market communication with grid operators, metering providers and external service partners.

• Resolve operational issues, rejected registrations and outstanding processes.

• Manage customer queries relating to supply contracts, consumption data and billing.

• Maintain accurate customer, contract and metering

• Support balancing-group operations and coordinate with procurement and portfolio management.

• Improve workflows, introduce automation and develop scalable operational processes.

• Support the onboarding of new energy supply models and decentralised energy assets.

Your Profile

• Experience in German energy supply operations, market communication or balancing-group management.

• Good understanding of German electricity/gas market processes, including GPKE, GeLi Gas, WiM and MaLo/MeLo.

• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets and operational systems.

• Experience coordinating customers, grid operators and external service providers.

• A proactive, structured approach with strong problem-solving skills.

• Fluent German and good English communication skills.

• Experience with ERP systems, Mieterstrom or process automation is advantageous.
