Our client is an established German renewables developer with 25+ years in the market. They’re expanding their Agri-PV pipeline and hiring a senior developer in Berlin to own projects through to (RTB).

The role

You’ll lead Agri-PV projects end-to-end through development, working closely with the legal, communications and external partner teams. No cold landowner acquisition, but plenty of in-person negotiation, stakeholder management and permitting coordination.

• Owning Agri-PV projects from the early stage to RTB
• Site visits, relationship-building and contract negotiation with landowners, tenants, municipalities and authorities
• Coordinating all required permitting processes
• Convincing local officials and political representatives of the project’s merits
• Working alongside legal, communications and external advisors on permitting content

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years in PV project development, ideally Agri-PV ground-mounted in Germany
• Technical or commercial background
• Confident negotiator across mixed audiences, from landowners to politicians
• Fluent German; structured, analytical, team-oriented
• Driving licence (Class B) and willingness to travel to project sites
