Project focus

A global enterprise has recently taken its OneTrust platform live and needs an experienced specialist to take ownership of post-go-live stabilisation. You will assess the platform, close outstanding implementation gaps, resolve priority production and configuration issues, provide hypercare to business users, and hand over a documented, stable platform to the internal team for BAU within 3 months. Starting November 2026, working language English.

Key skills and Experience required

• Proven hands-on OneTrust implementation and configuration experience
• Track record of post-go-live stabilisation and hypercare delivery
• Reviewing and remediating existing configuration against business and compliance requirements
• Troubleshooting both functional and technical platform issues
• Workflow configuration and optimisation for usability and stability
• Designing and configuring role-based permissions and access models
• Experience across OneTrust modules such as Privacy (DSAR, RoPA, Data Mapping), Consent & Preference / Cookie Compliance, TPRM and GRC
• Solid understanding of GDPR and privacy compliance
• Strong documentation and structured knowledge-transfer skills
• Delivery experience in global or enterprise environments
