- Global enterprise undergoing a HR digital transformation, rolling out SAP SuccessFactors across multiple regions. Looking for a Digital Change & Enablement Lead to drive adoption, training, and behavioural change across HR, managers, and employees. This is a business-facing role focused on enablement outcomes, not system configuration.
Essential Skills:
- 3+ end to end HR Transformation projects as a Change Lead Completed
- 3 + Projects completed where you were responsible for designing/delivering training materials for systems, ideally HR
- 10+ years in Change Management
- Global, multi-region HR system project experience
