Project focus

Our client is delivering a major High Voltage substation EPC project as part of a wider grid infrastructure programme. The Site Manager will coordinate day-to-day construction activities on site, working closely with engineering, construction, commissioning, and project teams to keep delivery safe, efficient, and on schedule through to handover.

Key skills and Experience required

• 3-5 years’ experience within HV substations, power transmission & distribution, utilities, or electrical infrastructure projects
• Background coordinating site activities, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams within an EPC or construction environment
• Solid understanding of HV substation construction, engineering interfaces, and project execution
• Comfortable managing project documentation, reporting, planning, and progress tracking
• Working knowledge of HSE and quality requirements on industrial or utility sites
• Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
• Background in Electrical or Civil Engineering (degree, diploma, or equivalent)
