Our Rail division is at the heart of complex infrastructure projects: from track systems and stations to bridges, noise barriers, and beyond. We work in an interdisciplinary, BIM-based environment and are authorised to submit building plans for all railway trades.

We’re now looking for ambitious Civil Engineers (Structural focus) to strengthen our growing teams in Nuremberg, Dresden, Munich, or Berlin.

Your role

• Contribute to transport infrastructure projects (focus: rail) across service phases 1-7
• Plan and design road and railway bridges, noise barriers, and retaining walls
• Ensure all planning documents meet quality and compliance standards
• Collaborate closely with engineers, technicians, draftsmen, specialist departments, external partners, and authorities

What you bring

• A degree in Civil Engineering, ideally with a focus on structural engineering (KIB)
• Experience in the responsibilities above – or the motivation to grow (we also welcome and train career starters!)
• Knowledge of BIM methods or a strong interest in developing in this area
• Basic understanding of HOAI, German regulations/standards, and relevant software
• Excellent German skills (C1) and good English
