I’m looking for someone who:

• Has proven senior line‑management experience in complex IT environments
• Has managed senior delivery leads and professionals
• Has experience guiding teams through reorganisations, scaling phases or structural change
• Has handled structural underperformance, improvement trajectories and exit decisions
• Can operate independently in a high‑pressure, politically complex environment
• Is strong in senior stakeholder management
• Brings high self‑awareness and reflective capability
• Has experience working with distributed teams, including nearshore/offshore (e.g. India)
