As a Service Technician, you will master customer service skills, independently manage field service support for equipment, resolve issues, perform repairs, lead installations and commissioning, provide first-level technical support, train customers on our applications, and foster positive relationships.

What you will do

– Demonstrate strong customer service skills.

– Perform field services on all equipment and products (laser cutting, bending, automation).

– Diagnose and repair with minimal assistance.

– Perform installations, commissioning, and start-ups of equipment.

Based on a schedule set remotely by After-Sales Service, you will work independently on-site at customer locations.

– Provide first-level technical support on-site.

– Train customers on metalworking applications, machine procedures, and safety.

– Demonstrate technical specialist knowledge on one or more products.

– Build positive relationships with customers.

Your profile:

– Mechanical/electrical background.

– At least 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service and/or technical service.
