Freelance PMO Analyst

We’re looking for a PMO Analyst to support a large portfolio, making sure projects across Finance Systems, IT and cyber security are governed consistently and that risks, decisions and controls are visible to leadership.

What you’ll do

• Apply and improve the portfolio governance framework, including templates, stage gates and approvals
• Run health checks and compliance reviews, and follow up on gaps with project managers
• Track risks, issues, dependencies and decisions, and escalate where needed
• Keep audit-ready evidence and approvals for finance and security projects
  
  What you’ll bring

• 2-5 years in a PMO, project coordination, governance or risk role
• Working knowledge of waterfall, agile or hybrid delivery
• Experience applying governance or control standards in an IT or finance environment
• Clear, concise written reporting for senior stakeholders
• Confidence to challenge experienced PMs constructively, and the judgment to know which gaps matter

Fluent English skills required.
