Vacancy: Senior IT Specialist (Cloud & Infrastructure)

For a leading online bank, we’re looking for a Senior IT Specialist to play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and future readiness of the IT landscape. In this position, you’ll be responsible for maintaining core applications, managing cloud platforms, and implementing technical and regulatory changes.

You’ll work within a small, highly skilled IT team of five professionals and collaborate closely with several external partners. The role covers Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive) management, patching, incident handling, and performance optimization. You’ll also contribute to information security, audit preparation, and risk management within a regulated financial environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize applications and cloud infrastructure (Azure, O365).

• Perform updates, system changes, and security patching.

• Support information security and audit processes.

• Coordinate with external IT suppliers and vendors.

• Contribute to business continuity and recovery plans.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• 5-8 years of relevant IT experience (cloud, infrastructure, administration).

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and ITIL processes.

• Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).

• Willingness to be available for business-critical incidents outside office hours.
