IT Project Manager – Digital Transformation (HR / AFAS)

9 MONTHS CONTRACT role with 3 days on-site at the office in Antwerp.

We’re sourcing for an international facilities services provider operating in Belgium and three other European countries, we are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with expertise in the AFAS HR module.

The organization is centralizing its IT landscape and implementing a single, standardized HR environment across all countries and business locations. To support this transformation, we are seeking a senior project manager who can lead international implementations and act as the key liaison between the business, IT, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the international AFAS HR implementation project.
• Coordinate system implementations, process harmonization, and change management initiatives.
• Manage project planning, budget, risks, and overall progress.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at both operational and management levels.
• Lead internal project teams and coordinate external implementation partners.

Required experience with:

• AFAS HR
• AFAS Payroll
• Belgian employment and HR legislation

General requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Experience leading international HR transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and organizational change management skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English and good knowledge of Belgian HR legislation.
• Experience working in complex corporate environments.
