What You’ll Do

Analyse dashboards and extract raw workforce data to uncover trends in premium pay, overtime, and labour cost exposure.

Interpret AI-generated insights and translate them into actionable operational recommendations.

Partner closely with scheduling managers, operations leaders, and manufacturing stakeholders to understand operational drivers behind anomalies.

Conduct root cause analysis and facilitate solution brainstorming to reduce labour cost variance.

Provide recommendations that directly influence operational strategy and efficiency improvements.
What We’re Looking For

5+ years’ experience as an Operational Business Analyst, ideally in operational environments such as manufacturing, healthcare, or food & beverage.

Strong proficiency in dashboard analysis, workforce data interpretation, and reporting.

Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis, gather requirements, and present actionable findings.

Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.

Comfortable collaborating with operations stakeholders to implement meaningful change.
