About:

• This role supports the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of UKG (formerly Kronos and UltiPro) HCM and Workforce Management solutions. The consultant will act as the key link between business requirements and system configuration, ensuring workforce processes are accurately translated into scalable system design.
• The client is focused on improving workforce efficiency across Timekeeping, Scheduling, Payroll, and Compliance, and requires an experienced UKG Functional Consultant to lead workshops, configure the system, and support end-to-end delivery through testing and go-live.

Essential Skills:

• 5+ years’ experience as a UKG / Kronos Functional Consultant
• Strong hands-on experience across UKG modules including Timekeeping, Attendance, Accruals, Advanced Scheduling, and Payroll
• Proven ability to translate complex business rules, labour policies, and compliance requirements into system configuration
• Experience leading workshops, UAT cycles, and supporting system testing and deployment
• Understanding of HR, Payroll, and workforce compliance frameworks (e.g. Working Time Directive)
• Experience working alongside technical teams on integrations between UKG and external HR / Payroll systems
• Strong business analysis and process mapping capability
• Immediate availability preferred
