Role: UKG Boomi Integration Specialist (UKG / Kronos + Boomi experience essential)

Type: Fleixble contract – approx 2-4 hours per day & 100% remote

About:

• This role focuses on the design, development, and delivery of integrations between UKG (formerly Kronos and UltiPro) HCM and Workforce Management systems and multiple downstream applications. The consultant will act as the integration lead, responsible for architecting and implementing end-to-end data flows between UKG and external systems such as Payroll, HR, Finance, and other enterprise platforms.

Essential Skills:

• 5+ years’ experience working with UKG / Kronos systems in either a functional or technical capacity
• Strong hands-on experience with Dell Boomi integration development and architecture
• Proven experience designing and delivering integrations between UKG and downstream systems (Payroll, HR, Finance, ERP, or similar platforms)
• Deep understanding of UKG data structures including Timekeeping, Payroll, Employee Master Data, Scheduling, and Accruals
• Experience building and supporting end-to-end integration flows (design, build, test, deploy, support)
• Strong API experience, including REST/SOAP and middleware-based integration patterns
• Ability to translate complex business and system requirements into scalable integration solutions
• Experience working in cross-functional teams across HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders
• Strong troubleshooting and production support capability for integration issues
• Immediate availability preferred
