BUILD AND SHAPE THE NEXT GENERATION OF SOFTWARE

We’re partnering with an established technology business entering an exciting growth phase, expanding its cloud platform, developing new data-processing capabilities, and supporting a growing customer base.

The company is looking for a hands-on Product Manager who enjoys combining product strategy with design, technical problem-solving, and software development.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You’ll own the roadmap across multiple software products, working directly with customers and a small engineering team to turn complex requirements into practical, user-focused solutions.

This is a hands-on position where you’ll help define what gets built, design new features, and contribute directly to development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap, prioritisation, and quarterly releases.

  • Translate customer feedback into clear specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Manage backlogs, bug triage, release reviews, and product delivery.

  • Create wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes using Figma.

  • Use Python to analyse data, investigate technical issues, and reproduce problems.

  • Make small frontend changes using JavaScript or TypeScript.

  • Work closely with engineers to scope features, review implementation, and test releases.

  • Collaborate with commercial teams on demonstrations, trials, and product improvements.

  • Monitor product usage and customer feedback to guide future priorities.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience with a technical B2B software product.

  • Practical Figma skills, supported by examples of your own designs or prototypes.

  • Experience reading and writing Python.

  • Ability to make small changes to JavaScript or TypeScript code.

  • Strong written communication and requirements documentation skills.

  • Confidence working with technical customers and learning complex systems.

Additional experience in data processing, geospatial software, mapping, image processing, sensor data, or defense technology would be advantageous.

THE PACKAGE

  • Salary: Approximately $140,000-$170,000+ base, depending on experience.

  • Location: Remote within the United States, with optional New York office access.

  • Travel: Occasional travel for customer visits and product testing.

  • Benefits: Health insurance, flexible PTO, and professional development.

Eligibility: Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents due to export-control requirements.
